Trivia: Of the 2076 stocks that have been Suspended by the SEC since January 1st, 2010 the SPNGQ shareholders are the only group of shareholders that will be compensated by the Court. Shareholders of the other 2076 stocks have not received one red cent. *** SPNGQ was suspended in 2009 and is not included in the list.

No contest that there were a lot of failings by the SEC and the DOJ but when throwing stones remember that SPNGQ shareholders are the ONLY shareholders of an SEC Suspended stock to receive compensation. And FWIW there were other bankrupt stocks that were also suspended by the SEC and all groups of those shareholders received nothing.

Surely some money is better than no money.
