Wilfred Shaw serves as the Chairman of FinancialContent Inc. and has been its Chief Executive Officer since August 2008 and Chief Financial Officer since February 2008. Mr. Shaw has served on the Boards of Advisors of several private investment and technology companies and is the lead consultant to numerous technology startups. Mr. Shaw served as the Chief Strategy Officer of Financialcontent Inc. since April 1, 2001. Mr. Shaw owns SharpManagement.com, LLC. Mr. Shaw has spent the last 10 years in the venture capital and investment industries as Vice President of Business Development at Intertech Group, a conglomerate of small companies based in Asia. He also worked as Vice President of Business Development for IG International, Inc., a pharmaceutical company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has been a Director of FinancialContent Inc. since 1996. Mr. Shaw has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science with a minor in Psychology from Saint Mary's College
