Your right MMJ will have a 5% tax and Rec. will have a 10% tax that will be over seen by OLCC. So do the math a ounce at say $150 at 10% makes it $165 at 5% makes it $157.50 Now that is for State taxes, local taxes could add more to both. I get all my bud for $150 ounce that won't change since I know 5 different growers and there won't be any change for now in the black market prices. Oregon does not want a SNAFU like Wa. has. I have smoked cannabis for 38 years I have never had a MMJ card and will never need one.
