I have to disagree....first of all the credit line STILL isn't finalized according to the blog, so imo the Form 10 could have been filed at any time.

An 8k filing describing the credit line would have been accepted.

imo other things have surfaced, and were being tweaked. The Form 10 is a very important document, that has to be VALID.
