The board of directors for this company needs to begin pressuring the CEO and the new CFO to begin looking for ways to increase shareholder equity in 2015.

This equity increase will lead to new funding for mergers, acquisitions, share buybacks and R&D, new patents etc.

Very fragile operation with any change in the market could spell the end?

They have a nice big building that is about run at 30% capacity.


I have had this stock for 3 years and have watched it crumble year after year. Every stock rally leading into a new low because of disappointing filings with the SEC. No new investors are coming in because of lack of news and commitment from its leaders. Its like they just show up to work and hope to keep the lights on every week without stepping outside the box to figure out new avenues.

I think they need some outside help to get things going in 2015?
