I don't think the current pps matters much to CONvey...
I think a RS was planned from day one.
At some point he may dump part of his shares...
but most of his shares are preferred shares.
And they convert at 500 common for 1...

For now I think he's just HAPPY to collect his paycheck...
Some day it will be confirmed in the filings,
but from his Financial statement given in his TAC Investments BK;
I believe he is getting paid 160K...

That's quite a step up for him.
Maybe he can even start PAYING some of the people he owes money too...
I was told "Uncle Larry" Carrell loaned him money to buy his million dollar property...

I would LOVE to know who shelled out the "$325K" to buy the bar/restaurant property, that he mortgaged just a few months later with Optima...
The property was really only worth $125K, according to the appraisal...LOL.
He never did pay Optima...even after signing a settlement agreement in August...
So Optima ended up with it in the end....just out 9 months of time...
Time during which CONvey was collecting the RENT!
