As to whoever was referenced as being "one of the 8 most influential men in the industry", it was listed as "FACT", but by who??...some self promotion perhaps? The "FACT" is not supported by any "FACTS", but rather just listed as "FACT". Well, here's some actual supporting "FACTS"...

As to Sawyer, he's no doubt a highly accomplished man w/an amazing life...really awesome...

Did you also know he's a neo Knights templar, a knight of Malta member, a sovereign military order the Knights of Jerusalem membdr, apparently self styled Knights templar, a rieki master, a shaman healer (with a group that sells courses & cancer cures, etc), with these things above having many shady connections? You don't find those things listed in his resume, curiously, but they are all the same guy. How about being "mandated" by the one of these neo Knights groups to procure up to 100,000 tons of pure gold while he was also head of some gold mining company. Then there's the "multi-dimentionsl mind" seminars he teaches (as far as I can tell..) along with the other shamans & cancer cure guys, etc. It all sounds pretty hokie, but wtfdik? I know, I know, it must be all good cause he's a "flawless" & "stellar" bod member.
Here's some supporting (and well researched) "FACTS". (unfortunately, trying to follow it all & make sense out of it all & separate the wheat from the chaff, is a slippery slope, not an easy task, but it's all real stuff & documented.

As to evidence that MS isn't interested, their actions (or INACTION) is proof enough, all this long time later, since MS became aware of the technology & have made no serious bid to get it from vplm. As I noted before, it's reasonable obvious that MS could have obtained the entire kit & kaboodle for a veritable "song", in the past year or so,and with mere "pocket change" for them. That is reasonable thinking, but ignored. If there were any offers, other than the one we were told was made & subsequently rejected, we would know about it, from vplm, just as they told us about the one that is supposedly "still on the table". That is connecting dots, but ignored.

As to the supposed FACT that "the BOD could care less" about what is discussed on the msg board, I believe that is conjecture, an opinion, a belief, not "FACT" that is incessantly called for.. Where is the supporting "FACTS" to support the contention (non-fact)? Actually it is FACT that they do read it & consider things said on it, because I saw it so stated by bod member(s). It was quoted not that long ago right here on this board. It was on one of the PR's. The bod member specifically referenced things said on this msg board. I don't know where it is at the moment. I have to see if I saved it or I will have to search for it, but there is no doubt I read it.(it might also have been in the last "cc").Even w/o that it is naive to think they do not read the main (by far) msg board as a barometer of the thoughts of many of their shareholders. That would be true whether a scam, a incompetant company or totally on the up & up. Human nature. Of course they look at it sometimes.

So what? OJ Simpson wasnt convicted either. Clinton wasn't impeached. So what? Not being convicted of something doesn't mean it hasn't committed. FACT! If I'm not mistaken, the sec can find guilt w/o a fraud conviction. (I could be mistaken). And don't forget.... IT TAKE TIME! "IF" convictions are in order or to be, it takes time to get thru the halls of justice.) (alot more than it takes for a bug dig player to buy a set of patents it needs to control voip).

Yet there is no proof of this supposed "FACT" offered. Nada..Nothing.. Zilch. The indicators from Mr market, for a long time, are NAY! That isn't proof but it's a damn good indication. All patents get approved & it's all well known, but ppl slides continually (except for the PR's...that are no longer believed..). Alot of "big talk" for quite some time, but "no beef". (with the possible exception of 1 unacceptable offer, months ago & nuttin' else). Funny, how no-one of those who are always playing the NDA card, didn't thing it was out of line or unusual that we were told right away that there was an offer on the table. But going by that, we would also have been told of other offers. Ain't been any. FACT!
