MHYS AS INCREASED TO 15 BILLION DECEMBER 16 2014

MHYS $505,000 Loan will become unrestricted after 180 days from October 28th, 2014 and the investor will be free to convert the loan in to shares at 50% of the average of the three lowest closing bid prices for the 30 prior trading days ending on the latest complete trading day prior to the conversion date.
