I read it in the official 10Q listing that SG listed with SEC 2 months ago or so. SG has pulled that 10Q release and rewrote it. I sold all my shares when I read that he was carving out 30 Billion shares in the float. It said in the 10Q that this decision was done without shareholders say/approval. The man is outright crook. I bet he realized after he did that the stock will go to zero and reversed all the press releases. Anyone holding this stock after all this shenanigans by SG deserves to lose money. I went back to find the 10 press release and I could not find it. I did not sell my shares at $.0005 and loose 70% of my investments over my imagination. This stock here is a scam and is worthless toilette paper. If SG can pull this stunt I would not trust him to do the right thing and protect my money in this miserable stock. I would never invest in this POS company again. Its not bullshit. Its the truth!
