No. They have not determined the MTD yet. One patient apparently had an SAE at the current level in Cohort 9 but then insisted on continuing the trial at a somewhat lower dose. We are all holding our breath waiting for, among other things, the announcement of what has been decided for Cohort 10.

Hey everybody. I'm new to CTIX but older than the hills on DD. When researching CTIX I find the statements about K to be almost unbelievable. Have they found the MTD yet? Dr. Menon speculates the impact K will have he is a bit cagey but he makes it clear that he is positively giddy about it's future. - Danielr67
