For me, I heard bits and pieces of the bad, but Sam had a very reasonable response and he most importantly does not sound defensive about complaints. In other words, I feel in his e-mail to you he showed he's not surprised and if the tournament got a little out of hand, it did in a good way. The way they have the rules for the style of tournament used will have advantages and disadvantages. This is what I believe should always be monitored for fairness to please common sense and not to please the freaks who try the reasonable doubt approach. Now they should be serious about rules but it is only possible to satisfy most, never is it possible to satisfy all. 5 BUCKS to be in a tourney, there will be the those with no chance ever to win a match simply because they suck and they will bitch about something unfair not knowing that being born may well be it.
