Just some food for thought on all this hoopla that we are seeing with some rather shady stinkey pinkeys like GEAR. We know the companies and their past that IJJ Corp is touting but here is a new kick.

Who in the world is Michigan Plant Technologies LLC? Did a quick search of them and to no surprise I come up empty handed. No location, no hits for a company by that name. No hits on the manager J. Udesky. Josh Alper of Green Sciences does show up on LinkedIn but there is no other information to be found on that company other than it looks like Joe started a second job with them in or around June per LinkedIn.

GEAR has some issues that need addressed. Dale is still listed as the CEO but we have this new cat signing off on the reports as the CEO named Jim Cheney. OTC shows the company in Florida but WY SOS shows the company in Arizona. OTC reports 600 Million SS but WY SOS reports 6 Billion SS.

Now if you look up IJJ Corp and go to their website you will find they are basically a company that takes dead shells or foundering shells and does a pump on them. Check out their fees that they charge and you can get an idea of what is going on with IJJ Corp. Doesn’t take rocket science folks.
