NNVC tanked 31% following the dissemination of a knowingly false rumor accusing NNVC of fraud. I now have in my possession a confession that he "wholly fabricated" a knowingly false rumor accusing NNVC of fraud. Many others have copies of that confession too. Did you get one? See page 9 of the incoherent tirade that contains absolutely nothing.

Do you have any idea how illegal that is? NNVC took a 31% nosedive due to that knowingly false rumor. If his goal was to tank NNVC's stock using illegal manipulation via a knowingly false accusation of fraud, then yes it was a raging success.


Here is an example of what happens to people who violate securities laws with false rumors:
The SEC charged Paul S. Berliner, a trader, with securities fraud and market manipulation for intentionally disseminating a false rumor concerning the Blackstone Group’s acquisition of Alliance Data Systems Corp. (“ADS”). Several months after Blackstone agreed to acquire ADS at $81.75 per share, Berliner disseminated a false rumor that Blackstone was going to acquire ADS at $70 a share, a significantly lower price.
