Reverse Splits usually occur when a company has become fully diluted, and has
no other options to raise funds.
This company is barely above the half-way mark of dilution:
Even if we were fully diluted, I believe an increase in the number of Authorized Shares would
be more appropriate, above and beyond any consideration of a Reverse Split. Most OTC stocks
have Authorized Shares in the billions of numbers, not millions.
Keep in mind that CMGO was taken over by shareholders that were fed up with
toxic-debt and corporate executives lining their pockets with shareholder money.
Please continue your DD, as I'm sure you will discover many more positive reasons to
invest in this company, than reasons not to!
Good Luck in All Your Investments!
Also, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
