Already informed my SEC contact regarding what was going on the day before, also gave him this boards link so he can read all the fluff

Again, CUBLEY has two options: either sell the company or produce real valuation, which looks like he is failing YTD by the obvious abusive dilution and not producing any new revenue accounts.

He can't reverse anymore, FINRA won't approve his lies...
