"rawnoc....bad fraud regarding NNVC EU orphan status decree from ago one year...can give out the trail where you can find out the fraud youself so hes not connected."

Follow-up confession:
"wholly fabricated story" of "supposed corporate fraud."

Example of what happens to people who do this:
The SEC charged Paul S. Berliner, a trader, with securities fraud and market manipulation for intentionally disseminating a false rumor concerning the Blackstone Group’s acquisition of Alliance Data Systems Corp. (“ADS”). Several months after Blackstone agreed to acquire ADS at $81.75 per share, Berliner disseminated a false rumor that Blackstone was going to acquire ADS at $70 a share, a significantly lower price.

17%? HA, SEC! We have a false rumor complete with a confession of it being knowingly false spread to hurt NNVC -- and it collapse 31%, nearly twice the drop you previously charged somebody with false rumor mongering.
