The ascites pre-clinicals are still being performed and the preliminary data is exceedingly positive.

Even with the o.s. where it currently stands, a buyout offer anywhere from $5b-7b puts the buyout pps at approximately $6-$9. Given the enormous market potential in the diabetes arena, alone, a buyout offer of $7b is extremely conservative.
