Still waiting for you to give us the names of the party(ies) and the jurisdiction of how you can attach funds in Hungary from non-US citizens.

Well, and you still have no proof that these folk profited from any such sale(s) nor how much. You don't know their cost basis and you can't trace their specific share to being unregistered.

So other than that, lol, you've got a hypothesis and nothing more, and no means to a remedy if your hypothesis could be proven correct.
