MRIB needs money? Really? For what? And so much that they have to issue 300 million shares in a little over a month? They don't pay for advertising or marketing. They said all their product was prepaid not to mention another $100K in old inventory. Their rent and facilities are peanuts. I keep hearing they need to raise money and you need to spend money to make money. What are tehy spending their money on? I think the most important thing for MRIB is paying the transfer agent just like they did for three dormant years while they allowed all of their liquor and business licenses to expire.

I just want to know what they spend upwards of $100K per month on? Margrit says she and siblings are deferring salary and they were/are the biggest portion of the nut. So where the heck is the money going? And if they're using it to make money I'd love to see some recognizable evidence of such. They certainly aren't making any money and continue to bleed cash like a drunken sailor.

Sales at Costco and Total Wine remain dismal. Restaurant Depot is a total bust simply based on concept based on what happened in California with them. The only thing they wanted was the over hyped PR getting in there without selling a bottle. There is not a single identifiable bit of marketing or advertising to drive sales.

And Brazil? Never existed. Never had a distributor which is why we never got a name and a schill named Junior Faria and an insignificant FINRA document was just a lame attempt and ruse to makes it seem legitimate and give the impression of "million in sales", which was never going to happen anyway as predicted and still hasn't. Tax stamps? They're blowing $100K a month on other stuff and can't put together tax stamps for multi million dollar deals? As if they ever existed. It's laughable. The whole trip to Brazil was a ruse. Another attempt to legitimize the contract while all the time it was just a nice paid vacation for Margrit and Ani to go see their friend Junior, party and take in the beaches of Rio on the shareholder's dollars.

Time to get real. There have been what is now clearly proven a series of lies by management. The Brazil shipment "on its way" was clearly a lie. The redirected shipment to the states is still not shipped almost four months later. Clearly another lie and clever excuse getting major mileage out of their emergency Money TV claiming increased domestic demand which is absolute nonsense. You've got millions in sales waiting in Central and South America and all you need are some tax stamps and you're going to send their supply to the US to support 24 retailers with dismal sales? There's a reason we haven't seen that shipment. Because none of it was or is true. But I'm sure we will soon learn that that Money TV got Eco Investment or some other inside company and or individuals, a nice little pop on their zero cost stock in September. Seems they and others were also the ones paying some of the promoters and with the crossed boards and obvious non-arm's length relationships, makes the whole thing smell to high heaven. Margrit and family, Charlie Owen, Deborah Ridge, Ken Owen, Shinsume Nakashima, Murray Goldenberg, Guy Griffithe, Walter Luce, Robert Meyer, Richard Melland... the list is endless and most of them all tied to companies at 15941 Red Hill, Suite 201, Tustin, CA. Coincidence? I think not.

And it's also interesting that Margrit came back to MRIB just a matter of days before her son I believe, filed bankruptcy. Just a little factoid that introduces more "coincidence" and dates back to the real estate collapse which we know Margrit was heavily involved in. Also happens to coincide with Dan Senters career start in the spirits industry after nothing but associations with real estate and construction for the prior 25 years. Absolutely nothing at all on the guy before 2010 other than some ties to construction in Orange County. It all seems to be coming together...

Suck $25 million out of public investors, re-route it to personal real estate investments and no one is the wiser. But it all went wrong in 2008-2009. Cash starved an under water, Margrit fired herself and took a huge cash number up front in severance along with an enormous pile of stock. Probably transferred liabilities to her son who would not be severely affected by a BK, wipe out personal debt, got back to MRIB and start over. Just keep the stock trading until the real estate market recovered. A very neat package. And why does Margrit need to put effort into maintaining her real estate license if she's so dedicated to MRIB? She's done it religiously for the past ten years including last month.

The Vodka is a total lark. I don't even think the Wine Plant of Eraskh exists. No records, no web site, no sales, no plant, no assembly line, no management. Just a front Margrit set up using some rectifier elsewhere, probably Italy if it's actually even being produced as claimed.

If you're long, be prepared because this one is going to end badly. No different than 209-2010. It's following the pattern to the tee. The darkness now with an over hyped event here and there is exactly what happened back then. There was on last event in San Diego which was total BS and then total darkness for three years... yet it appears Margrit and company accrued salary the entire time which they paid themselves in stock in 2013 to the tune of almost $1M in stock based on a trip zero price. Nice! Wonder how many shares that ended up being? 500 million shares? Don't know but I bet it was a lot. Enough that the 5% divi she paid out went mostly to her and her gang and then that was at a time the stock was above $.04. They must have made an absoloute killing.

Sorry to the longs but this is obviously a total scam. MRIB will go dark soon. They actually already have. The dilution will not stop until the money runs out and the stock is at zero. Will they try again? Probably not. They got enough out of it in version 2.0 to retire. They'll keep it trading with another stock distribution to the family for salary deferrals and sell tht for walking around money as long as they can. When it gets to $.0002 they'll still be doubling and tripling their money. Flippers will see it as an opportunity and Margrit will see it as an even greater opportunity as she retails out her wholesales zero cost based stock received for doing nothing more than taking a trip to Brazil for vacation and appearing on Money TV with Don B., already known to be sanctioned for SEC wrongdoing along with half the cronies involved with this scam.
