DC, I don't think it's true that trades here are always posted after the fact. I don't hang out here that much anymore (gravitated to OptionMillionaires cuz the guys here are mostly scalpers and I'm more comfortable swing trading), but when I was here daily I saw lots of trades posted pretty much contemporaneously by Roy, Beer and Smartone, and plenty of losing trades to boot.
Lots of trades here are made right at the bell when things are really hopping, and I for one wouldn't expect the traders to spend their time immediately posting, at the expense of losing a good exit point or entering the next trade.
I echo the sentiments of others that this is one of the most honest boards going.
