Why don't you communicate with the CEO directly with all your questions? He didn't mention the so-called deal you posted here? How can we trust it since you didn't show us any proof for the "deal"? How many shares? At what price? How much for the cost? If someone wants to offer a deal which is significantly lower than the CEO expected of course he could just reject it without the further explanation! The recent buyer already offered $0.01 per share for the common stock which should be the right price to offer.
