Wasn't that what the charges were about? Sale of $52 million worth of unregistered stock? CANNACORD couldn't provide documentation they were fined for wrongdoing

Who are these Europeans that sold $15 million worth of shares? If moscowitz was accused of this why not include these individuals? Why not go after the Ill-gotten gains?????
