Dont let these guys get away with just blindly diluting on you, you all need to bombard them with emails and calls and insist that they ungag the T/A if they want your investment money.

If you want to put your faith in Jake, and believe that hes going to be legit with this one, at least make him be transparent. Jake should not even be allowed to be in upper level management in publicly traded companies IMHO. He's a destroyer not a builder....
