This kind of looks like what Jake did over at "SAPX" when he brought in "Big Jake Music" for I think it was $5 million in Preferred stock, everyone should look at that company also and see what transpired over there....

Bottom line is this, if you have Jake involved in your company, and the T/A is gagged, it shouldnt be hard to figure out what is happening now, or going to happen in the future.

Jake is a toxic finance guy, and he's really good at it, hes left a trail of destruction in the companies he's been involved in.....

I strongly suggest you guys try and contact this company (FONU) or Jake himself and insist that if he wants your investment money he ungags that T/A immediately, do not let these folks just blindly dilute on you....
