Where's the link? I'd like to read that? With any mail order service, there will be the occasional order delay for reasons such as bad addresses, incorrect credit card info, or yes... some might fall through the cracks, but there have been no major complaints with service. Funny, because I've always had my orders within 5 days, and my last order, this one in the pic, the very nice Cyber Monday Special by Livewire Energy, came in just 3 days... Great Products, and Great Service...
