Since their filings do not disclose any details, we can easily assume that they are acquiring a couple of two guys with a truck companies that have no assets or value, trying to convince someone, such as country side, that they are forming a conglomerate. Then, the attempt to acquire them with toxic financing so the sellers can have a golden parachute if they play along. At the end of the day, the deals with companies that actually have assets usually fall through, and then the blame game begins. blah blah blah......"We did not feel it was in the best interest of the company" blah blah blah....

Why hasnt he Counrtyside deal closed? HMMM Did the owner of Countryside want his cash now instead of later? HMMMM

Just head on over to Couuntryside and ask a few questions, the answers are actually a little different than you see here. And, there are now spas for sale there either... LOL
