What is there left for AMD to suffer? It has already sucked up so much money from Intel, Abu and investors. It wasted all that money.

AMD won't go bankrupt in my opinion. Not as long as Sony and Microsoft need them for their consoles. I guess they'll pay the chip prices needed to keep AMD alive. The console business makes about half of AMD's revenue. So there definitely is downside, but not bankruptcy in the mid term.

The next console generation, maybe five years from now, likely won't go to AMD I guess. That could be a nice design win for Intel by the way. Intel has the technology for powerful integrated graphics these days and I doubt that Microsoft or Sony will leave the x86 path in the future. Intel's investment into integrated graphics could, again, pay off.
