In the 3rd quarter this year, we accomplished the following:

Started talks with several different investor groups about making a private placement.
? Initiated work to change the capitalization structure of the Company to create sufficient shares to meet its near and long term capital raises.

Continued pursuit of a first Debt to Equity Conversion.

Completed the change of stock transfer agents from Computershare to Pacific Stock Transfer Company in August, 2014 giving rise to the benefits mentioned in the preceding paragraph.

Currently, we are working with a new Investor Relations firm we believe is better suited to create market awareness and drive shareholder liquidity for the Company. Also working with a group to lead the Company’s capital raises.
