Agreed. I don't doubt the medical/surgical talent in management or on the board but I do question the selection of the CEO and think we need some start up expertise. I would rather see a CEO that came from a start up than from an established 100 year old company. There is too much at stake, too much time has elapsed with little "common sense" changes and we need some fresh blood to put a good face on Titan and get things done. Hargrove is a well off, retired man with little ambition at this stage of his life. No offense to him and more power to him for having a succesfull career but I do not think he is up to this task and frankly hasn't performed well thus far. Give the job to someone with start up experience wanting to make things happen!
