There has been some major manipulation going on here for months now legal or not I don't know but I am in the process of finding out and I bet its illegal, theres no way MVTG is a .34 stock we should be in dollar land period. Whoevers doing it is making it next to impossible to buy shares outside of them, this one tick garbage, jumping bids etc. I even slapped the ask and didn't get it.
