1.4 b r/s 1000:1 or 1.4 mlllion

you get 470 million minus the 4% Tbomas keep =100 MILLION

100 MLLION- company 66 million = 34 million

$1 x 10% Share reduction= $10 50:1 split = $500 50:1 Reverse merger = $250
