We want you to show proof of the following:

“That this company only raises money to pay its executives”- There has been no proof that this statement is true. Its not in any SEC filings, Q’s, or K filings. All those filings show is that Carmichael has loaned the company money and has accrued salary. It does not show that he has taken in money from the company whatsoever. Please provide hard proof to us investors.

“why are they paying penny stock promoters real cash to push this name.” - Who are they paying to promote their penny stock? Please show proof!

Want proof of what credibility you have? You won’t post your name but claim to be an advocate for investors, you obviously aren’t a share holder because you lack tons of knowledge on what is going on at ubiquity and the current status of any of their products. You aren’t in accounting so how would you know where money is being spent or as you claim taken to fill exec’s pockets. You have no proof of anything so how can we believe someone that is just yelling out accusations with nothing to back it up? Their can be a million ways why the stock is low but you say the company is diluting it. How do you know any of this? Other then words please provide credible proof to us investors. Something you haven’t done since you have posted on IHUB although asked a million times to provide it. So far only negativeness has been shown.
