Name change to Nasdaq requires a stable market cap as well. I believe it's a minimum of 10 million in cap before you can apply to the big boards. There's a ton of requirements to the Nasdaq or the Dow. Or even the S and P. It's not as simple as forking over 2,500 hundred bucks and your in. Period....
