Additionally, on November 12, 2014, the court entered a default final judgment against defendant Pawel P. Dynkowski, who is a fugitive, for his role in the Rudy Nutrition scheme.

And what about Dynkowski? Everyone knows he's in Poland. He would not be hard to locate.
