SH certainly acting only for SH. CT says they said opposed to Vivo deal as didn't want Dilution as would lose control. However, impossible to bring in major partner and money to get Alpha running without giving them big chunk shares. All retail share holders only care about total monetary value of their shares as have no control anyway. SH had absolute control and wanted to keep it that way. Everybody who voted for SH had a personal reason that trumped share price. The other support came from O'Shea, Sorensen, Peake, Gingras, Datar, Serge and for each one there is sordid story behind their vote.
