My opinion on anyone looking at ECIG as a near-term buyout candidate is it's not likely, simply because the best opportunity to buy a large chunk of cheap shares just passed buy. With 45M new shares added to the o/s in just the last few weeks, if Big Tobacco was looking to buy ECIG cheap, they woulda just gone to that note holder who just did all the converting and strike a deal to buy their shares.
