Is there a difference between "innovative energy technologies" and "free energy"?

That may explain why you won't touch my question to you about how innovative energy technologies can be suppressed from technologically advanced Countries that spend billions, annually, to import old fashioned energy.

Are you saying that nefarious suppressors are preventing these technologically advanced countries from getting free electricity?
