From what I recollect...there's still one bank left to pay fines...whether that has been done yet, I'm not sure...maybe it has maybe it hasn't, since Mel Watts is already releasing money to trust funds...once the government has received all fines from the crash from the banks...I see the conservatorship ending here in the near future...There's no other reason to hold FnF as a government agency any longer when all fines are fully paid by the perpetrators...and if that last bank wants to take benefits for paying fines, I'm sure they'll want to settle as quickly as possible or they'll end up paying more penalties and late fees...
