Where will they get the hemp?

If:

1) Hemp can't be grown in North Carolina,
2) Unprocessed hemp can't be imported into NC for processing,
3) There is currently no law being worked-on in the NC legislature,

What will HEMP process at the plant after it eventually uses the 5M lbs on kenaf on hand?

Hint: It begins with the letter "K", not "H".

If I'm wrong about this, then show me a NC industrial hemp farming bill that's in the process of being passed.
