IMO, you make some very good points PI, some of which have been made by others in the past, including myself. After all, Mr. B cannot be everything to everybody and be expert in all capacities of running an organization. With the influx of funds I feel many of these rough edges will be smoothened out. The upcoming partnership could be the answer to our problems. But I have to mention----considering all the pluses and minuses to date---Mr. B., at least in my eyes, has brought us up quite a few rungs on that ladder to success. I give him a vote of confidence.
