Forgive me again Steven, but I don't think we can definitively say they 'returned with an empty hat' unless you know something I have missed? ... I will concede it may "appear" that way, but we really don't know where any of that stands and certainly can not assume their efforts for financing are completely fruitless this early in the game. I think to say they failed is jumping the gun ..for all intents and purpose WERPO has just arrived as a public owned entity and it is no surprise that only a month in (since r/s where in all likelihood restricted shares will help to secure financing) and also given the time of year, we wait to hear future direction to that end.
I think a more realistic assessment is that they have to hold those cards close to their chest anyway, as any deal of magnitude involving outside entities would dictate, until the time is right not only for the market, but to definitively spell out details including naming all parties involved... and only after all approvals are complete and the ink is dry.
I believe there will indeed be several financing/project execution announcements that will come to light throughout 2015 and beyond.
Great opportunity now to get in, when we see the launch of just one of many pending projects, it won't be coming back!
