Sunny...Mac has spent a good deal of his life re-organizing AMDL/Radient and developing a successful cancer test and diagnostics concern. He should be awarded for all his creativity and savvy. In order for him to reap his reward, he didn't have a stake in the Radient structure..By merging AMDL Diagnostics into a shell where he has ownership, this can be done..Mac had to temporarily walk away from the Radient corporation and place it in the hands of the aussies. The key here is who owns, besides the Radient lenders, 57 per cent of the 4,591,000,000 RXPC stock? Is it the PDX angel investors? Uni-Pharma investors? or a combination of the two? The ewellness healthcare blank check points at the PDX Angel Investors..The Jameson Stanford pinkie, points to Uni-Pharma..In the end both can become one,setting up a division.One for female type cancer diagnostics domestically and the other on an international basis..The skeptics will tell you that the Radient shell is dead in the water..You are correct that Radient can be reinstated with Delaware and the SEC..The problem would be getting the Radient concern back on the OTC...And Mac doesn't get some control or stock..The Jameson Stanford, a pinkie at this time, for obvious reasons, can be placed back to the OTC as we type you understand..They have filed their recent Quarterly. Why are some so quick to dismiss the potential for a delisted OTC to re-emerge via a reverse merger into a clean shell as a fresh and viable security? It happens. Why isn't anyone posting here rooting for that? Oh, OK, never mind. $RXPC
