It requires 10% to request General meeting. The only large shareholder was SH with 46% in Feb 2014. The only people who joined petition giving SH over 50 had a personal grudge against CT. The OS is now probably 1.6B. Supporters of CT sold who held shares they bought in open market sold their shares. A general meeting is expensive and person who calls for general meeting must pay for it. However, the main point is there is nothing left to fight over.
Another legal problem is no "share holder oppression suit" under Nevada law for share holders to sue SH. Under New York law minority shares holders have some rights; but only right under Nevada law is right to sell your shares and leave.
A discussion of what went wrong may be good for the soul; but as a practical matter it's the end of the line.
