There's actually two more people that work with Bill who have been charged with fraud.

Greg Flavall of Hemp Industries was convicted and served time in Australia.

and Dr. Jonathan Lakey(the stem cell guy) who not only defrauded a Canadian University, but is now on trial in for stock fraud in another company.
