You are entirely incorrect.Reorganization or elimination of common shares is only in cases of liquidation or insolvency.That is not the case here.Assets exceed liabilities by a considerable margin in this case.The scenarios you cite are entirely different and have absolutely no relevance to GTATQ's case.
