MJNA SEC HALTED

I believe we will see a wave of investors leaving MJNA soon. The sec is going to have no choice but to halt this stock based on lack of information and misleading information provided by the ceo. It's a shame what's about to happen to the investors here but they have had ample time to get their money out. There will be bag holders.


That's why pink sheet companies that don't file with the SEC have to be avoided. MJNA never reported the convertible debt, the litigation or the initial judgment, which was very unfavorable and known at the time the company filed its OTC Markets quarterly report in November.

Investors will leave here after they lick their wounds. It's better to pay a little more for a good company.
