Juno Therapeutics just IPO'd at $3 billion. Avalanche has a market cap of $1.2 billion. The fact that this company is not willing to sell shares at this price should be seen as a positive. I would expect a sell off in the morning, then the smart money will start to accumulate. If this company wanted to sell these shares cheap they would have done it already. It makes no sense to sell 20% of this company for $60 million.
