All hype this downgrade is short lived the company Ocat has been fully Diluted to currant price. The 8 k states that Ocat is debt free at this point all dilution is over.

After this,trumped,paid for downgrade finishes. We are set to for lift off.
Up list in the next 15 days.
If the price drops and the shorts are campaigning for it buy till your pockets are empty. Uplist any time,day with in the next 15 days
