Technically there should be no promotions going on since it was stated that CM Research had to be paid in full before they commence work.

I have documented some things, in regards to the information that you provided that companies should do when filing a 3a exemption to protect shareholder interest, and will be doing a follow up with the SEC after 1st quarter financials! That information that you provided, and the settlement had not yet taken place when the first complaint was filed. Have a good holiday week!
