Yawn, as I wrote earlier - unless you can prove who they are and that they knew that Moskowitz was selling them fraudulently free-trading shares, nothing you've cited has any relevance to showing that any crime was committed.

Buying and selling shares is not illegal. Where's any proof that these transactions were a crime by the selling parties?
